Different markets pay differently — cash and local wallets in much of LATAM and SE Asia, cards elsewhere. Accept all of it so payment method is never the reason you lose a sale.

Protect the money regardless of method

Even when a guest pays cash, you can still hold a card on file for the deposit — so flexibility on payment doesn't mean exposure on no-shows or damage.
